Admoon Agency Panel

Agency Advertising Management SaaSUX LeadLive

A separate international product from Admoon Platform — a business previously running entirely on Google Sheets and phone calls.

Overview

Admoon Agency Panel isn't a simplified version of the Admoon Platform — it's a completely separate product designed for international users with different service needs. I led UX across all three panels, from research through shipped product.

01

The 3-Layer Task System

Problem

Design, dev, and infrastructure teams had overlapping responsibilities and no clear ownership model.

Insight

The problem wasn't execution speed — it was that no single person could see the full picture without calling a meeting.

Solution

Built a self-managing 3-layer hierarchy in Linear: Level 1 (PM milestones), Level 2 (functional sub-tasks by team leader), Level 3 (team requirement tasks). Tasks flow automatically, teams monitor each other without intervention.

02

Turning Work into Services

Problem

The agency offered one official service (Google Ads management), but informally delivered Audits, Tune Ups, Add Top Ups, Suspension Recovery, Account Sales, and Monthly Rent alongside it.

Insight

These weren't edge cases — they were already the business. They just weren't structured as purchasable services.

Solution

Restructured each informal offering as an individual service: orderable, trackable, invoiceable. Transformed ad-hoc workflow into a system.

03

The Intelligent Order Form

Problem

The old flow — URL, discussion, invoice — captured no useful data and felt like a negotiation.

Insight

The form could serve three masters at once: user clarity, operational data for the business, and marketing audience intelligence.

Solution

New order form captures industry type, account naming, currency preference, experience level, existing account status, main goal, and main challenge — each with conditional flows. One form, three jobs.

04

Leading a Designer, Not Just Managing Tasks

Problem

Handing off tickets without context was producing technically correct but uninspired output.

Insight

A designer with ownership produces better work than a designer with assignments.

Solution

Structured tasks with enough clarity to remove ambiguity but enough space to invite ownership. Held focused collaborative sessions — the payment section especially benefited from this approach.

Running the Agency, Not Just Watching It

One screen to run the whole agency from. Everything that can't wait — a payment to verify, a user to assign, a new order to move, an account about to expire — is surfaced and priority-tagged, so the day's work finds the admin instead of the admin hunting for it.

One Adaptive Order Flow

Six services could have meant six separate order flows. Instead there's one — pick a service and the whole form reshapes around it: the questions change, the fee tiers adjust, and the order summary builds live as you go. One flow to maintain, not six.

The Account, Day to Day

Where it all converges — account state, remaining budget, currency, and the full order history with live statuses (pending, completed, rejected) on one surface.

Where the Work Happens

Three order drawers, three different states. A Management + Top Up order waiting on payment; a Rent Account order rejected with the reason shown to the user; a Suspension Recovery order after the review meeting, ready to mark successful or failed. Every decision happens in the drawer — admins act without leaving the page they're on.

Design System

Blue-Dominant, Grid-Locked, Bilingual

the blue-dominant system behind the Agency Panel — Rubik + Yekan Bakh, 5px grid, built for dense LTR + RTL admin UI.
