A Stripe-inspired landing page built on a bento grid. The brief was trust and simplicity — two things that are harder to communicate together than they sound. The solution: less copy, more proof. Every benefit point illustrated and animated as a direct competitor comparison.
The bento grid wasn't chosen for aesthetics — it was chosen because it lets different types of content sit at different weights without hierarchy becoming noise. Feature cards, metric callouts, comparison blocks, and social proof could coexist in the same visual space without fighting for attention. Each cell was designed as a standalone proof point so users could read the page in any order and still understand the value.
Most comparison tables are walls of checkmarks that prove nothing. This one used illustrated animations: each benefit shown in motion alongside its competitor equivalent, each loop short enough to absorb in a single scroll stop. The motion made the comparison feel live — not a static claim but a demonstration. The result communicated technical infrastructure trust through the design quality of the presentation itself.
In fintech, every visual decision carries weight. Loose type, inconsistent spacing, or poorly rendered icons all register as risk signals to users who are deciding whether to trust a product with their money. The design system was built on tight constraints: one type scale, two colors, and no decorative elements that didn't carry informational weight. Stripe's language was the reference — not copied, but translated into a landing context where every pixel had to earn its place.
