Key Stories
4 stories
01

Research Across a Fragmented Luxury Market

Problem

VIP airport services are scattered across dozens of solo third-party providers with no unified offering.

Insight

The market's fragmentation was the opportunity — no single competitor had assembled the full landscape.

Solution

Mapped the entire landscape: luxury transfer, disability assistance, airline premium features, lounge operators. Combined with luxury traveler interviews and personal experience to build a feature set no single competitor had assembled.

02

The Storytelling Purchase Flow

Problem

A luxury service with multiple add-ons risks overwhelming users with too many decisions at once.

Insight

Luxury buyers don't just want choice — they want to feel guided through it.

Solution

Multi-step narrative flow guiding users through services in deliberate order — major decisions first, contextual add-ons after. Each step revealed new relevant options based on prior selections. Cost shown progressively. No surprise totals.

03

The Time-Dependent Admin System

Problem

Every service had a physical dependency with a deadline — lounge lunches 3 days in advance, welcome gifts before arrival.

Insight

Time-sensitive services fail silently when admins can't see the deadline in context of the task.

Solution

Designed an admin panel making deadline-aware task management unavoidable — feature availability editing without developer dependency, order progress tracking, deadline-aware service management.

04

Designing Without a Guaranteed Supply Chain

Problem

Services depended on physical third parties that could change availability at any time.

Insight

If admins can't control availability themselves, every supply chain change becomes an engineer's ticket.

Solution

Designed admin panel controls giving administrators direct power over which features were visible and purchasable on any given day — without requiring a developer.

FRAGMENTED MARKET

An Industry That Was Never One

VIP airport services were never a single industry. They were dozens of solo operators, each owning one niche, so a traveler who wanted the whole experience had to assemble it themselves, one phone call at a time. The design problem was not inventing features. It was being the first to make them one bookable thing.

PURCHASE FLOW

A Checkout Built Like a Story

Most checkouts ask for everything at once. This one is sequenced like a narrative: establish the trip, make the one big decision, then reveal only the add-ons that now make sense. The price builds in the open, so the total is never a surprise.

ADD-ON RESEARCH

Every Option, Priced to a Real Need

The flow keeps add-ons simple on the surface. Underneath, each one was researched into its real choices and priced by who actually needs it — age tiers, vehicle classes, day-by-day scheduling. This is the catalog that sits behind the toggles.

THE WEBSITE

The Front Door

Before the booking flow, the site had to sell the feeling — calm, private, the opposite of a public terminal.

The Same Flow, Shipped

The interactive walker above is how this was designed to feel. This is production: arrival, departure, or connecting, then the flight itself — context first, one decision at a time.

FLIGHT DETAILS

CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE
Royal CIP booking flow, Services step — The Royal and The Royal priavet lounge tiers compared with amenity lists, pricing per person, and photos of a private jet and a lounge interior

Then the One Big Choice

Royal Service or Royal priavet. This single decision shapes everything offered afterward — the rest of the flow adapts to it.

ADD-ON DEPTH

Every Add-On, Its Own World

Pick one add-on and it unfolds into a real sub-flow of its own — the personal shopper alone lets you set location, schedule by day, choose your assistant, and add more. Depth behind every option, not a flat toggle list.

Booking on Behalf of Someone Else

A traveler can buy the experience as a gift. A code is generated and sent; the recipient completes their own details 48 hours before the flight — so the buyer never has to hold the passenger data.

GIFT A BOOKING
Royal CIP booking flow, Travelers Information step — a gift-order option, passenger list, and an order summary with additional services and total price
REVIEW & CONFIRM
Royal CIP booking flow, review step — final order details with flight information, passenger data, additional-services breakdown, and total before payment

Handing the Details to an Assistant

At review, the buyer can opt to have arrangements completed by their assistant or secretary — a real workflow for the executive travelers this served.

ADMIN — TIME-DEPENDENT OPERATIONS

Running a Supply Chain You Don't Control

Every service has a real-world deadline owned by a third party. The admin panel makes those deadlines impossible to miss — urgency sorts itself to the top, and nothing is buried.

ADMIN — LIVE AVAILABILITY

Turning Services Off Without a Developer

ACCOUNTS

However They Want In

Travelers sign in by mobile, email, or username, each with OTP verification. Three paths to the same account, so no one is blocked by the method they prefer.

A Separate Door for Agencies

Travel agencies register through their own funnel, capturing company and CEO details for commission terms — a different audience handled as its own front door, not bolted onto the traveler flow.

USER PANEL

Every Order, Fully Traceable

The traveler's booking view expands each order into its full service list, deadlines, and running total — the same operational detail the admin sees, surfaced for the customer.

BOOKING

FINANCIAL

Invoices, Self-Serve

A financial tab where travelers pull their own invoices and transaction history — reducing the back-and-forth that used to run through an agent.
